Brake Rotor, Option, Stress Relieve

Commonly referred to as "Heat Treating", this process has been proven to reduce premature cracking and warping of brake rotors in high temperature, severe duty applications. Standard stress relieving is done before the machining process. We also offer a double stress relieving process where one stress relieving is done before machining and one after machining. The second process helps to eliminate any stresses in the surface of disc from machining operations.
